The North County Transit District (NCTD)
Provides LIFT, a paratransit service for eligible individuals needing medical rides, offering curb-to-curb transportation during BREEZE/SPRINTER hours. LIFT requires reservations at least one day in advance. For Medi-Cal beneficiaries, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT/NMT) is available through health plans

For Escondido Residents: Escondido Senior Center.
They have coupons for free transports (limited amount per month, can't remember how many) for seniors without a vehicle.
